Update
When the Roster is Printed or Emailed to Staff Members, new options are available to select from if you would like additional information to be populated as entered in Activity records.
 
One or all of the following fields can be selected for inclusion:
  • Activity Location
  • Replicating Staff Notes, and/or
  • Non-Replicating Staff Notes

Update
The relevant portion of the Support delivered must now be selected for each Client in the NDIS Support Allocation window of Activities for the required Supports. This automatically apportions the price of this Support and calculates the total value based on this.
 
The Support Items that require the relevant portion to be selected are those where the 2020/21 NDIS Price Guide specifies that providers must divide the price of the Support by the number of participants in a group.
 
The selected portion is displayed in Client Funding Statements and in the description field of Direct Invoices for reference.

This upgrade introduces a number of enhancements to Participant Transport and Provider Travel
  • A new configurable List in System Preferences – ‘Activity NDIS Support Allocations: Travel & Transport Cost Types
  • An option to record the relevant ‘Cost Type‘ based on the above configurable List (e.g. standard kms, road tolls, public transport) for any of the following NDIS Support Allocations in Activities – Transport, Activity Based Transport, or Provider Travel Non-Labour Costs 
  • The ability to add ‘All kms‘ for the above NDIS Support Allocations which imports the total Private and Company Kilometres as entered in the Staff section of the Activity into the Quantity field as required
  • When a Travel or Transport Support Item has been Allocated, a badge is displayed in the Clients section of the Activity to reflect this 
  • The selected Cost Type is displayed in Client Funding Statements and in the description field of Direct Invoices

NDIS Support Allocations of the same Support Item with the same Claim Type can now be added more than once in Activities.

Update to the ‘Change Financial Plan Manager’ modal selection in NDIS Direct Client Funding records. Plan Management Contacts are now listed in alphabetical order and may be located by typing in the relevant name.

The option to search for Journals with the Journal Type of ‘Other’ selected, using the Journal Type filter in the Journal Search.
 
When ‘Other’ is selected, an additional field is available to enter the relevant search term.
