In an effort to respect the separation of concerns required and set the foundations for further enhancements coming soon, the workflow for generating NDIS Bulk Payment Requests (BPR) has been separated for Direct and Plan Management Services.
Instead of Internal (Direct) and External (Plan Managed) Invoices being available for inclusion in the same BPR file, separate BPR’s must be generated:
– ‘Direct Bulk Payment Requests’ for all Internal Invoices for NDIA-managed Client Funding, and
– ‘Plan Management Bulk Payment Requests’ for all External Invoices entered.
Existing BPR’s that included both Internal and External Invoices will be available to view in both the ‘View Direct Bulk Payment Requests’ and the ‘View Plan Management Bulk Payment Requests’ reports. For example, BPR #6 included both Internal and External Invoices, therefore we can view this in each area, however, only the Internal Invoices included in this BPR will appear when it is viewed from the Direct BPR section and only the External Invoices included in this BPR will appear when it is viewed from the Plan Management BPR section.

When TTP Pricing is activated, a TTP price indicator is now displayed next to the Price of the relevant NDIS Support Items listed in NDIS Direct Client Funding records.
The ‘Budget Adjustment Tool’ (BAT) has been removed.
This feature was included in v6.0 of SupportAbility to assist providers to transition to separate Client Funding records for NDIS Direct and NDIS Plan Managed Services. Given this was released in February, 2019 this temporary feature has been decommissioned in the upgrade to v6.14.
Staff Member name is now separated into two columns, ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ in the Staff Availability Exceptions Report export, as well as the Detailed and Summary Staff Time Sheet Batch exports.
Cancellation Reason’ is now included in the Activity Clients Report export.
