A new Client Service Participation Report is now available in the Client Reports section of the Reports menu. This report allows Staff to search for Client Service Participation records by:
– Client
– Site
– Service
– Primary
– Status
– Key Support Worker
– Participation Start Date (From and To)
– Participation End Date (From and To)
The results returned are sorted by Participation Start Date initially, followed by Client name. A print and export are available for this report.

Reinstated the ‘Link’ (NDIS Support Items allocated) and ‘Broken link’ (No NDIS Support Items allocated) Status icons in the Activity Clients Report.
Addressed an issue regarding customised Staff shifts reverting to the standard Activity time in some cases when replicated. This will ensure customised Staff shift times are retained as per their customisation, across the replicated set.
All links to Activities have been removed from the ‘Print Roster’ view. Staff must now close the ‘Print’ report to return the to Roster.
Addressed an issue with the Availability Exception Report ‘From’ and ‘To’ Date Search Criteria not filtering correctly.
